Hala Kattab
Founder & Lead Consultant
After a journey of learning experiences and triumphs, in a variety of international executive and board roles in both private and public sectors locally and internationally building people and organisations resilience, Hala established Resilient Communities.
Hala holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Leicester University in the UK, and a Graduate Certificate in Disaster Management from James Cook University, Australia.
Hala is a qualified Trainer & Assessor, certified Six Sigma Black Belt, and IAP2 practitioner and a recipient of 2014 Resilient Australia Awards For developing community resilience activities and leading the success of the "Be Ready Cairns program".
Hala is passionate about embracing cultural diversity with a solid belief that by harnessing cultural diversity, organisations can enhance the capabilities and maximise the productivity of its people.
hala is also passionate about improving business performance by creating efficient and smart operations. Hala repeatedly proved the ability to improve operational performance by building intelligent and effective processes, in most times a 90% reduction in reporting time achieved.
